Breathtaking Bruges
Saturday 16th October 2010
Once you have been to Belgium you’ll want to go
back time and time again! Bruges, sometimes called
‘The Venice of the North’ is one of Europe’s most
charming and romantic cities and a delightful short
break destination. Bruges represents all the finer
points of Belgian lifestyle and culture, good food,
beer and Flemish art. Perhaps take a canal cruise or
a horse drawn carriage to admire the views in this
beautiful medieval city. There will be plenty of time
to relax or stroll around the cobbled lanes. If you are
in the mood for shopping, then visit the amazing
chocolate boutiques where those handmade delicacies will be sure to tempt you!
On our way home, we will pause to include some free time for lunch in Ostend.
Don’t forget to take a
