Enjoy an unforgettable evening of elegant period entertainment and wholesome fun, in the breathtaking 15th Century surroundings of the childhood home of Queen Elizabeth I. The spirit of fun and fine feasting is beautifully recreated in the original splendour of the Old Palace at Hatfield, witness to four centuries of royal banquets, as guests travel back in time to the Elizabethan Golden Age. Seated at long banqueting tables in the Great Hall, you will be served a delicious four course dinner with wine. King Henry VIII, Elizabeth I and their courtiers will entertain you with authentic Elizabethan period music, song and theatre. The menu showcases traditional English fare with a contemporary twist. After dinner, the entertainment is bought up to date with dancing to the resident disco. We also include a small spa treatment at the hotel to while away your stresses and cares.
