Easter in Hidden Belgium
Friday 2nd April 2010
Once you have been to Belgium you'll want to go back time and time again. The people are friendly, the food is fantastic, and there is a vibrant café life. Our Easter Break enjoys the highlights of Hidden Belgium staying in the beautiful historic city of Mechelen. It is perhaps slightly less well known than some Belgian cities however it offers warm hospitality and plenty to see and do. With its great market square as its centrepiece, dominated by the mighty medieval spire of St. Rombourt's Cathedral, Mechelen is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. We include a visit to Hasselt, capital of the province of Limburg, and picturesque Leuven, home of the famous Stella Artois beer. Early booking is highly recommended!
