Explore two great London attractions in one day with a visit to Tower Bridge and The Monument!

Tower Bridge was built over 120 years ago to ease road traffic while maintaining river access to the busy Pool of London docks. Built with giant moveable roadways that lift up for passing ships, it is to this day considered an engineering marvel and beyond being one of London’s favourite icons, it is arguably one of the most famous and instantly recognisable structures in the entire world.

Since 1982, Tower Bridge Exhibition has told the history of the bridge and why it came into existence through fascinating exhibition content. Visitors can also experience the exciting new glass floor and spectacular panoramic views from the high-level Walkways as well as the Victorian Engine Rooms, which house the beautiful steam engines that once powered the bridge lifts. This must-see attraction is the only way to explore the most famous bridge in the world!

To give you greater flexibility during your day, we allow you to make the 10-15 minute stroll along the river to The Monument at your leisure. The Monument commemorates one of the most famous events in London’s history. Designed by Sir Christopher Wren and Dr Robert Hooke, and completed in 1677, this 202ft high colossal column remembers the Great Fire of London and celebrates the City which rose from the ashes. This impressive structure invites over 150,000 visitors each year to climb the 311 spiral steps to enjoy one of the best views over the City.

What's Included:

  • Return coach travel

  • Entrance to the Tower Bridge Exhibition

  • Entrance to the Monument

Please note: The Monument is reached by climbing 311 steps. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the attraction, it is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties or those that use a wheelchair.

Due to the limited space in the viewing gallery at the Monument, a maximum of 33 people are allowed inside at any one time. Customers on this trip will not have a set entrance time and may be asked to wait if the Monument is currently at capacity.

This may be a shared departure with another day trip. The coach for this excursion may serve more than one destination in the same general area. Please note that this may mean that the journey to your destination could involve a slightly indirect route. If you are at all concerned about this the Buzzlines sales staff will be happy to advise further.
