Windsor Castle

Join us on a visit to Windsor Castle, the oldest and largest inhabited castle in the world.

Book Now

The great Royal Palace of Windsor Castle dominates the skyline of this delightful, historic town nestling on the banks of the Thames. Established in the 11th century by William The Conqueror, it has been the family home of British kings and queens for almost 1,000 years. It is an official residence of Her Majesty The Queen, whose standard flies from the Round Tower when she is in residence. See the magnificent State Apartments which are furnished with world-famous works of art, from paintings by Holbein, Rubens and Van Dyck to the tiny treasures in Queen Mary's Dolls' House. Enjoy time at your leisure at the Castle and if you wish take time to wander around Windsor itself and perhaps even take a cruise down the Thames.
