Group & Societies
If you are looking for value, comfort and reliability with a fleet of modern vehicles at your service, then look no further than Buzzlines.
Group and school travel is a key constituent of Buzzlines’ business and is an area where we are keen to develop new customers across the whole of South East England.
Our excellence of service and value for money is well illustrated by the content elsewhere on this web-site. Our standard of operation
is uncompromising in its commitment to the highest standards of service, safety and comfort. Our tour and day trip vehicles are of the highest specification. And our tour and excursion programme should give you lots of ideas and inspiration.
Buzzlines’ great advantage in offering its services to group and school travel organisers is that in planning and delivering our own tour and excursion adventures, we have a thorough understanding of the practicalities as well as a keen awareness of how to help your travellers enjoy the best of experiences in comfort and safety, and of course to give them great value for money.
Our own tour and excursion programme may well offer you some inspiration, yet in coming to us with your own choices of destination and itinerary, you can just as easily inspire us. It is very much a partnership setting, and in helping you to establish a good feel for the logistics and costs of any trip we can take a lot of the weight off your own administration. That’s very much central to our mission because we know that if we look after you and your companions well, you will want to work with us time and again.
Another key aspect of our service to Groups is to broker links between separate groups who are happy to come together to achieve cost effective numbers where in isolation they might struggle to reach critical mass. We are in touch with well over 500 group organisers across Kent, South London, East Sussex and North Surrey and of course for group travel assignments there is no reason why we should not reach out to groups and schools into wider south-east England. To that end we are developing a range of illustrative undated itineraries that your group can adopt for its own holiday or short-break – there are a few examples here and we will be building this catalogue to contain not only our food for thought, but also the suggestions that groups themselves come up with.
Finally, be assured that if your planned trip includes show tickets, heritage train rides, garden entrance, hotels and more, it is part of our service to orchestrate that for you so that you can run your holidays and outings without overburdening any of your own people with so much administration that they don’t enjoy being part of it. And of course as we have our own contacts with most of the ticket agents, destination attractions and hotels we can help you to obtain the best deals for your members.
If you are a group travel organiser planning day excursions, short breaks or holidays for your club, society, workplace or group of friends then our dedicated Groups Department can provide the tailor-made tour you're looking for. This could include arranging channel crossings, accommodation, entrance tickets and tour guides if required. We will work closely with you throughout the process to ensure your requirements are met. Our great relationships with attractions throughout the UK and abroad means that you could even save more by booking tickets directly with us, alongside your coach travel.
Alternatively, for any individual, group, society or company wishing to arrange their own trip and book any incusions themselves, we can of course simply provide our Private Coach Hire and Vehicle Hire Services with a range of vehicle sizes available.
Would you like to develop your travel plans with us? You only have to ask, and there’s no commitment in that.
Contact the Groups team here in office hours on 01303 261870, or e-mail us at email@example.com.
You will always be welcome to visit our offices or we will be just as happy to come to see you in person or perhaps come to share ideas at one of your group meetings.
